Please act responsibility on the Recreation Field

There are a very small minority of teenagers who are not following play park closure instructions and are also climbing on the equipment currently in the corner of the field being used for the flood maintenance work and the repairs to the drainage lines. This is not safe for them, and if we continually see damage that has to be repaired then this further delays the opening of the play park. Please have a word with your children to make sure they understand that they must not climb on the tractors and diggers and also that the park is closed for safety work and we need them to stay out and not remove the signs. We will be starting to dismantle the damaged bridge and fencing in preparation for filling in the areas that are subject to flooding, to make the park safer and we also have erected temporary fencing in the area that will be forming a flood control pond. Please help us to improve the village please discourage antisocial behaviour.
