Due to the Sutton Gault closure this work is postponed and will be rescheduled

Please find attached the proposed TTRO application for your information. If you have any comments, please respond by 31/01/2022. If no comments are received Highways will proceed with the application and a copy of the Order will be circulated for information once made.
The closure is planned to run each weekend from Friday 2030 until Monday 0500hrs with 24hr working on rotating shifts during the following dates and times:
25/02/2022 – 28/02/2022
04/03/2022 – 07/03/2022
11/03/2022 – 14/03/2022
The reason for the closures are that the bridge joints that were installed in 2016 have been found to have faults within the joints themselves and concrete, and need to be repaired. This will mean we require access to the entire stretch of the carriageway and are looking to minimise commuter traffic by carrying out 24hr works on rotating shifts at weekends.
